A Miracle, Part 4

It's the next morning!

Jake is in Bay City, He walks into Carlino's and sits at a table and Paulina sees him and comes over to him,

PAULINA: (She smiles) Hey Jake

JAKE: (Tries to smile) Hi Paulina

PAULINA: (sees something is wrong and she sits down) Okay Jake whats wrong?

JAKE: What makes you think somethings wrong?

PAULINA: Jake I know you and you know me!

JAKE: Yeah we do, don't we?

PAULINA: So tell me whats wrong

JAKE: Okay here goes, A couple of weeks ago someone abandoned a couple of babies in a basket at my office and there was a note that said they were my babies (pause) But we all know the babies died with Vicky on that plane.

PAULINA: Oh my god! Where'd they come from? and what'd you do about it?

JAKE: I had a DNA test done

PAULINA: And what did it say?

JAKE: (He pulls the paper out out of his pocket and hands it to paulina) Here, see for youself.

PAULINA: (Takes the paper and reads it) Jake, this says they are your babies!  Oh Jake if the babies are alive where is Vicky?

JAKE: I don't know where Vicky is!  And we all know Vicky would never leave her babies, or me

PAULINA: I know but maybe she's in trouble, maybe someone forced her to leave them

JAKE: But who?

PAULINA: I don't know.  (Joe yells from the kitchen- "Paulina can you come in here?") Sure, Joe I'll be there in a minute (To Jakes) I'm sure you can figure it out

JAKE: Yeah, you're right, and I know what I need to do (He gets up and leaves)

PAULINA: I hope you find Vicky and put your family back together


A half an hour later,

Jake's at the cemetery (BC) standing over Bridget's grave.

JAKE: Hey Bridget, I know it's been awhile since I've been here but I didn't know who else to turn to, because I have this problem (Pause) Okay, here goes, a couple of weeks ago someone abandoned a couple of babies at my office and there was a note that said they were mine, but I don't know how that could be because my babies died with Vicky on that plane, but a DNA test said they are mine, but I don't understand because Vicky would never leave her babies and if she was alive she'd come home to me, So I was hoping that maybe you could send me a sign or something to help me figure this out and If Vicky is alive out there somewhere please watch over her and help her find her way home.

(Jake walks away and we see this woman come out from behind a tree with a scarf wrapped around her head and face and she watches as Jake leaves)

The next morning(Early)
Jake is still sleeping and he starts to dream.

(DREAM)
BRIDGET: Jake, Jake (Tapping him on his shoulder)Jake, wake up

JAKE: Bridget, Is that really you?

BRIDGET: Yes dear it is, and I only have a few minutes so you need to listen up, You're looking for Victoria in the wrong place, You need to open your eyes and see what's right under your nose (She Fades away)

JAKE: (Shakes awake and jumps up) Bridget? (He looks around and he gets up and goes over to the window and looks out) Oh Bridget, I don't get it.  Whats under my nose? (He turns around and walks into another room and we see this woman again with the scarf wraped around her head and face, she walks up to the window and looks in and then turns around and walks away,
