Jake and the boys visit Vicky's grave

Jake: Well here we are guys...Steven do you have the flowers?

Steven: Right here

Jake: Okay then...Kirk you okay buddy

Kirk: Yeah Jake...I'm okay, let's go (they get out of the car)

Steven: Is that it Jake?

Jake: Yeah Steven, that's it (begins to cry) go ahead (slightly pushing him foward) don't be scared

Steven: I feel kinda weird...I mean this isn't even Mom, it's a tombstone...they never found the body...I'm talking to a peice of cement

Jake: This is no ordinary peice of cement this is a symbol of your Mother's life and of her death

Kirk: I don't know Jake...I don't think this is a symbol at all...I mean Mom used to tell us that we were the symbols of her life...that Steven and I were her greatest accomplishment...she said that when she died she wanted people to look at us and know what a great life she lived

Jake: (trying to hold back his tears) You are so right Kirk...you guys were your Mom's most prized posessions...you represent her life...not this block of cement

Steven: I remember something Mom told us on your wedding day the the Botanical Gardens...she said that no matter what happened that you would always be our dad and we could always count on you

Jake: I never knew...when was this

Kirk: Right after the ceremony...she said that she knew how hard things were for us and that there were going to be sad times ahead...but no matter how bad things got...Jake Mckinnon would always love us and be there for us...like a real father should

Jake: (remembering Vicky's vows "You've brought me to my family, and now we are going to be a family") You know guys...that day was the happiest day of my life...not only did I marry my soul mate...I got two sons out of the deal...I know I'm not your real dad but I .....

Steven: You can stop right there you are our real dad...no doubt about it...we are Mckinnons FOREVER!!

Kirk: (remembering what Bridget told him) I want to go back Jake...to the place where you became our dad

Jake: You mean to the Garden?

Kirk: Yeah

Jake: Kirk I don't know...I mean...well I...

Steven: (seeing Kirk's face) Come on Jake...maybe we should go visit happier times...not these sad ones...Mom would have wanted it this way

Jake: Okay...you win...again...we'll go, come on

Kirk: (looking up at the sky) Okay Bridget...now what?

(we go to a lawyer showing up at the cottage)

Donna: (answering the door) May I help you

Derek: Hi...I was told to deliver these in person...does Jake Mckinnon live here?

Donna: Well technically...I guess so

Derek: Is he here?

Donna: No he's out with his little boys...but I am his Mother-in-law...(looking at his hands) May I ask what this is all about

Derek: Ma'am, I'm Jaime Frame's lawyer...he paid for me to fly down here to...well just give these papers to Mr. Mckinnon...I must get going now (before Donna can say anything the man runs off)

Donna: Well...what could this be...hmmm, I wonder if Jake would mind if I just took a peek...(with a devilish smile) I don't think so (she opens the package) Oh my God...this can't be...I never imagined...not in my wildest dreams (tears start streaming down her face)
